If you want to visit some of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the most romantic places in Italy, charming medieval hilltop walled towns, picturesque villages, scenic hills, panoramic fields, charming vineyards, adorable farmhouses, old fortresses and castles, finest Italian villas … while sampling flavorsome traditional Tuscan food and sipping popular Italian drinks, then pack your bags and take a road trip to Tuscany.
My Tuscany road trip was one of the most amazing trips I had ever taken. It covered the ‘crème de la crème’ of Tuscany: Florence, Sienna, Pisa, Viareggio, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and the celebrated Chianti region.
The best time to take a road trip to Tuscany is from May to October. Although July and August are the peaks of the tourist season, May and September are the best months for visiting Tuscany Italy because of ideal temperatures and fewer crowds.

Indisputably, the California – Arizona – Nevada – California route is one of the best road trip routes in the USA.
